about us

specialist joiners working in staffordshire and the surrounds

Philip Harding trained in the restoration and construction of Georgian properties in Bristol, England. After a period working in New Zealand restoring the Supreme Court sash windows in Wellington, he established Churnet Valley Joinery in 2013.

Philip has grown the business alongside a small, specialist team with many years experience, designing and creating windows and cabinetry.

In an age of mass production and uniformity, we offer a tailor-made approach, blending traditional craftsmanship and historic design with modern painting and glazing systems.
